The personality
He always had an inborn urge for Film Making. Started his career in theatre under the guidance of famous Marathi Director Shri. Rajdutt – in his college days..who inspired him a lot..
Later he was Associate to eminent Director Dr. Jabbar Patel, with whom he worked for many feature films & documentaries. He is working as an independent Director since 1995.
The passion
His love for books and Marathi Literature nurtured his passion. He believes "Content is the soul of any visual media". He has a collection of more than 300 books of various genres.
His knowledge of History & Forts of Maharashtra is outstanding. He has been travelling a lot in every corner of Maharashtra & Sahyadri Mountains, since childhood and later for shoots. This helped him a lot while directing a Mega TV Serial like “RAJA SHIVCHHATRAPATI”.
A human being
He loves to be with people all the time & has a strong concern about his associates, co-artists & friends.
He believes that one should have a lot of patience, sincerity, in anything you do. A thorough knowledge of all the related factors is necessary before one enters this field. There are no short cuts to success and hasty decisions should not be taken.
